What tricep exercises work the tris the hardest with the least amount of weight?

SO for example you can probably do military presses with more weight than you can do tricep pushdowns.

So what's the biggest "bang for pound" tricep exercise out there?

id say that overhead pushup thing, its like as kullcrusher but ur sitting up and u have ur lower arms uphigh and u bend ur elbows so the weight goes behidn ur head

I'd say one-arm db skullcrushers. (lie on your back on a bench and do skullcrushers one arm at a time using a db)

I don't know if it's really working harder, but you can obviously put up a lot more weight with cg bench.

Using Coach Poliquin as a guide - Dips then close grip bench are two of the best triceps builders. If you are looking to use a lighter load - then slow the lifting cadence (4 to 5 seconds on the 1) negative 2) concentric)), followed by utilizing a 2 second pause at the "bottom" of the lift (bottom being defined as point in the lift prior to the concentric portion).

Basically getting rid of momentum (pauses) and increasing time under tension (cadence) will make any lift harder, hence lighter load.
