rear delt workouts

Excerpt: I am seeking some advice on what sort of lifts I should mess with for doing my rear delts. I am seeking to improve the rear head of my back shoulders area. My front part grows very easily but not doing good for the back. Someone told me that I should start off doing heavy rear delts first then worry about fronts later.

    You need to do heavy back rows and pull ups to get the rear delts going and strong.

    you really don't need to isolate the delts, they get worked out when you do compound lifts.

    I do reverse flys on a 45 to 75 degree bench. Works great for me

    Ignore front delts. They get plenty of work from bench and pressing. Do face pulls for rear delts
