Post cycle workout

Hey EF,

I'm doing my second cycle consisting of test/deca/dbol. Started at 205 lbs., 6 ft., about 13-15% bf., and im 29. Been lifting for awhile. Its the end f my first week and strenght is up nicely along with sex drive and appetite.

I wanna know if y'all change your workouts after you come off. I do 5 day a week and one body part a day. I'd like to try to kep as much strengh as i can. Ive read about doing a 3x5 routine.

Any thoughts, questions or even flamage at me??
 
I would consider running with Wendler's 5/3/1 beginning with the week of you last injection. You are generally peaking around the 3-4th week of the program, then go into a 2 week de-load.

I say this, never having really tried it, but I think it would make some sense.

i would keep it the same. you don't want your muscles getting used to all the other shit. but that's just my opinion...

nice to see you sharin info again bblazer, haven't seen ya around lately.

if anything, listen to bblazer, this guys full of info. more so than me atleast.
