learning push press secrets

Excerpt: just figured out how to do this lift and falling in love with it because I have a tough time doing strict presses with heavier weight so I can do some extra work without hurting my shoulders right? I am also looking for some ideas on how I can take more advantage of this to build better neck and chest muscles without involving elbows cause they can get irritated.

    learning push press secrets

    50% of serious weight lifters have some sort of tear in their shoulders. it is a common thing and thanks to overtraining

    I tell everyone to take it easy on shoulders because I have dealt with issues and know how shitty it is.
