time to eat. alot. when i was in my late teens, i learned to keep track of what i ate and what more i needed to achieve a certain level. it pays off. stick with it bro. i've gained almost 80 lbs since i graduated h.s. and that was 9 yrs ago. btw i would like to gain another 80 in about a third of that time going forward
