Excerpt: My range of motion stinks and my physical therapist says if I don’t improve it I will end up tearing soft tissues and muscles. He wants to sign me up for a month of therapy to improve it but I don’t want to pay $90 an hour when I can do it on my own. Would weight training a certain way improve flexibility and range of motion on my own?

haha, no way man. weigh training actually reduces range of motion.
you have to perform maintenance on your body on your own to increase it and de compress. yoga is the best way to do it

If you want flexibility go with yoga and pilates
strech more not weights

bro yoga works for me. my ex made me go, thought it was for panzies but i legit struggled while all these hot chicks put me to shame. shit is legit, increased flexibility after 5 classes

Ask yourself why it's become limited. Have you, for example, been injured?

Yoga, stretching, and giving your body a break will all help.

Yoga is a great asset to help with rom.
