Have a question for all of you!
I need some advice...I have some free weights at home and have been working out for about a month, but I can't do anything to work my chest except push-ups. Should I buy a bench ($300 canadian) or get a gym membership (600 canadian)?
Here's the thing - my hours at work are kinda wierd, I work every day from 1pm to 10pm and I'm a night owl so I get most of my stuff done at night (working out included). This is why I like working out at home. I tend to be quite tired in the morning and groggy, so getting up and working out at 10am might be a bit of a pain in the butt.
Anyways, give me your feedback and tell me what you think (bench or gym membership).
