I'm kind of getting the feeling I'm in a time warp on those because I seem to be about the only one who does them at the gym.


Anyone else do GM's, I think they are very effective for my lower back and I've never hurt myself doing them. Not sure why no one else does them??
 
Could be the risk possible to neck cervical vertebrae and u can do stiff legged deadlifts w/less risk?

I do both good mornings and RDL's.
 
RDL's look like they would be easier to fuck up then GM's. At least for me, the weight needs to be well balanced with GM's or mayhem could happen. Maybe I'm just stuck in a time warp on this one.
