ZMA and sleep

does ZMA help you sleep? i know it claims too...but anyone on here use it and can tell me from first hand experiance? thanks
 
yes it puts you in a deep sleep and i sleep great. problem is that its very inconsistent for me. i think a lot of it depends on whether or not you take it on an empty stomach and i always take micellar casein before bed.
 
For me, it helps. It gives you the vitamins and minerals that you may be missing in your diet. I like ZMK by millenium sports nutrition. I've had better results with that over regular ZMA.

That in conjunction with knockout, comatose, or need2sleep puts me right out... And helps me to stay asleep.

what is the difference with ZMK sonic?
 
It has never really helped me fall asleep but I sleep deeper while taking it.

works for me and is cheap bro. I don't buy it for sleep. I buy it for general health. And money talks. ;)

+1 this! if i dont make myself go to bed and sleep, it doesnt do much. but if i take it right when i am going to sleep i get a much better nights rest. good stuff, cheap and worth it if you ask me.

what is the difference with ZMK sonic?

ZMK uses all krebs cycle chelated vitamins and minerals. It also has extra vitamins and minerals as an added bonus.
 
I love it. It puts me in a deeper sleep. I rarely wake up at night when I take two capsuls prior to bed. Very affordable.

Try ZMA with Valerian root.. it's magic... 3 caps of ZMA before bed, Never failes to give me a night time boner... and Valerian root makes u dreeeeam! combine them both u'll have some great nights sleep i aint kidding ;-)
 
Because of having to work a lot of shift work I find my sleep suffering as my schedule changes. I have been doing this for years and have tried about everythnig there is. meletonin works pretty good but I only like the 1 mg time release stuff, more then that make it hard for me to get moving the next day and an extended period of use seems to make me lethargic even longer thru the day. ZMA works for falling asleep but if I wake in the middle of the night a lot of times it just doesn t have the horsepower to keep me in that grogy state and then my mind starts running and I m up the rest of the night. Valerian works, for me it is gradually relaxing so I have to remember to take it a good while before I want to sleep and is also good for keeping me grogy and falling back to sleep. I like gaba but don t really enjoy neurotransmitter rush so I don t use that much anymore. My new favorite is 300mg of phenibut. Relaxes you so you can fall asleep and keeps you sleeping. Alot of times when I take this I dont even move. The most I ever taken was 600mg and I was out like a light, but I think this is over kill for me most of the time, but if I really need to settle down and get some sleep this stuff rocks.
