I'm liking it, and that's cool that you're doing the other one, we did it for about 9 weeks, and none of us really got any solid gains like we have with 5x5. But best of luck to you!

Meh, the deads are just past where I left off when I hurt my back. But the squats are a nice sized jump up. How are things goin for you?

thanks, seems to be working for me, bench struggled alittle this week. but other than that i like it i added in hang cleans rest is the same. check out my log.
