What good is this excersise?
What powerlifters incorperate this into their routine?
This is the most akward looking and uncomfertable excersise I have ever seen
Why would you place a weight ie load forward of your hips?
builds up your upper back strength
strong hips
your abs and obliques will be worked
erectors used as stabilizers, which builds up their strength
increased pain threshold
changes leverage
builds up weak points
the list goes on.....
