I am just trying to get a basic idea of how strong you guys are, so please post up the following:

Height:
Weight:
BF%:

(approximate max)
Bench:
Squat:
Deadlift:

I am making this thread cause I am relatively weak for my size, just trying to get an idea of everyone else.

Well, we've talked about this before, but in a couple of months things progress. :)

Since I've started training Mentzer style, and hit up a cycle, I am currently 268lbs, 12% (it said 11, but I do NOT trust those calipers).

Incline (I no longer do flat) 275 for 4 reps last week, after a preexhuast with flyes.

Deads as of last week 405 for 6.

Squats last time I did them (mentzer has you do leg press) 275. My weakest number, but my thighs grow easily. with that squat they were Arnold sized (28inches). go figure.

the numbers aren't great, but I'm working on it. At the end of this cycle, I hope to have at least a 295 incline for 4, and add at least 25 to the deads. We will see!

OOPS! I forgot! 6'3 1/2. geez... for second people probably thought I was a monster in the 260's, and maybe 5'6, LOLOLOLOL. Yes, 6'3 1/2.

BF%: 14%

Bench 230 x 2 (I know it ......SUCKS!)
Squat: 415 x 5
Deads: 405 x 6

Height 5'8 1/2
Weight 172
bf about 7 percent
max bench 310
squat 425
deadlift 430

If u need advice on a strength program i would be happy to help. My lifts are all natural, not cuz im against juice but because where im from its hard to find.

6' 220lbs
bf% around 16%
max incline<dont do flat> :315
Squat: 455 <a guess, i dont max out on these>
deadlift: 455<a guess, " ">

Its kind of hard to judge from these kind of questions because you don't know what kind of form people are using, but my form on those exercises is perfect. I start my cycle in a month or so, so i will try to get those numbers up, hopefully by 40-50lbs, we'll see :)

Height 5'8
Weight 190
bf about 12%
max bench 325
squat 405

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 225lbs
BF%: 10-12% Measured on a Tanita Body Fat Scale. 12 in the mornings and 10% in the evenings is what it says?? (not sure)

(approximate max)
Bench: 305approx Just did 275lbsX5reps last workout
Squat: 495approx Just did 460x4reps last workout
Deadlift: Not sure-don't do these (I know, I should be)

5'10 - 210 pounds and lean enough to see my abs. :)

Incline dumbell press - 115's for 9 I just did yesterday. Lost some strength. Used to do 125's a while ago.

Barbell Squat - Last time I squatted was 2 weeks ago and I did 365 to parallel for 7 reps. Before that I haven't squatted in a LONG time so the 365 is not my best at all. No belt or wraps either.

Deadlift - Last deadlift was about a month ago and I pulled 405 for 7 reps. This past summer I did 505 for 2 reps and the most I ever did was 545. Wrist straps used only during the last heavy sets.

Just finished about 20 plus days of winny. Tommorow starts my QV test cycle at 500mg/week along with 1.25mg femera eod or 2.5mg femera eod.

I'd also like to add that I am still 22 years old. Plenty of years ahead of me. hehehe... :D

Well

I guess I'm a pussy. I build my back with pullups and rows

6'3 1/2
270
12%

Close grip bench 315x22
pullups with 50lbs for 10
Squats 450x13

I'm very proud of my lifts no matter what anybody says. I may not be the strongest guy, but I aint weak either. I am proudest of my cloe grip bench, I never, ever, ever thought I would have those stats. Before I hit 30 I want 315 for 30 on the close grip!!!!!!

Also I would love to be around 250 cut up and doing pullups with 100 pounds for 10 reps. just my personal goals that keep me in the gym!!!!!

I dont do deads anymore myself. Just dont have the time. My max dead is from 1yr ago and I only really trained for a couple of months to get there..........And M2D, those are impressive lifts! Chins w/100lbs is damn impressive, you must have lats to fly with!I myself am done with max lifts, except maybe bench, otherwise its reps on squats and pulldowns ,chins and rows for back. Trying to squat 800lbs just isnt me. Ill stick to 405lbs-455lbs for reps

For the non-bb'ers on the board:

snatch - 275 from the hang
clean - 350 from the hang
bench - 375
squat - 620 loose belt,no,no
dead - 640

Height: 6'1
Weight: 242
BF%: 15% hydrostatic

(approximate max) I am not a PR lifter, but I throw some up now again for the hell of it. No belts, strap or gimmicks. Chalk only.
Bench: 315x12 and 425 PR
Squat: 405x8 and 465 once, I didn't like the feeling.
Deadlift: 415x10 and 505x1 shortly after.

bench 405 x 6, 465 x 1
squat 500 x 4, haven't maxed lately, prob 550ish
deads - never do them. i'm not trying to build my ass and lower back up too much, which is exactly what happens when i train them.

sometime I wonder why I answer these polls and questions. It might be the cops making a big data bank of profiles so they can come bust us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anything's possible bro, but what are they gonna do with your stats and lifts? They can just get that by calling one number.

5'10 - 202 pounds with 4 abs showing

DB Press- 110 x 8.

Barbell Squat - 370 to below parallel for 5

bench 335lbs x 5 reps

I am 44 yrs. Old. 5'9" 235-240lbs. 12% bodyfat.

I don't max on anything anymore. Here are some training weights.

Bench - 315 for 6-8
Squats - 600 for 12 - 15 reps

I never do deads.

wtf? where are all the people from the powerlifting board? Well here's mine
  • Squat 875
  • Bench 600
  • Deadlift 765
  • Weight 275
  • Standing 5'10"
  • Age 25

I haven't done maxes since high school. I'd love to know how much I can lift, but it's not worth putting that much strain on my body. Maxes scare me. Anyways, I'm 5-11, and 225lbs @9.5%

20 yrs old
6 foot 1
235 lbs
33 inch waist
im bulking so i think im somewhere around 17% bodyfat

bench 255 -
i cant really bench too heavily about 2 years ago i got in a wrestling match with someone and ripped my collar bone and first two ribs out of the costal cartlige in my chest and it still pops a lot of the time

squat (i use 315-325 for the majority of my sets)

dont really deadlift

a year ago i was 185 and about 15% bodyfat and couldnt even bench my bodyweight more than 2 reps

Thanks spectre I also did a 520 bench at 215lbs. I'm a powerlifter and I'm nationaly ranked. But there are allot of others out there stronger than me. The strongest i can think of is Chuck Vogelpol he squated 1075lbs deadlifter 805lbs and benched 520. He is one tough mother

Ah yes, Chuck Vogepohl, trains at Westside Barbell, or used to in Columbus, OH with Louie Simmons. That's one tough gym!

I don't really max that much on squats or deads, afraid of hurting myself. Bench is my weak spot but my chest isn't my weak bodypart so I'm ok with it.

Bench.........400 exactly. No shirt.

Deadlift.........550.

Bodyweight currently around 210lb. Height 6'2". Yeah that classic non-powerlifter build :)

hrm.....i know alot of people juice on this board and are big and all but geez some of these numbers are ridiculous ...epspecially the 18-22 y/o's ........i saw some doing over 200% of their body weight on bench.....not to mention about every other person doing that.....so hrmmmmmmmm....id have to see some video's of a few of you jack assess doing what you "say" you can do...no offense just thought id wip out the bullshit meter.....

btw speaking of strong bodybuilders.......Mr. O's video for 2000 O showed him doing 800 x 2 reps on deadlift 5 weeks out......thats impressive in my book.

A few of these guys are powerlifters not bodybuilders........for example Liftbig and DBCooper. That would account for some of these big lifts. I'm sure some people here would exaggerate tohugh due to them being insecure.........

I see where you are coming from but some people are legit. Everyone has a differnet background so you cant judge what they do just becasue its hard for you to believe. I've been lifting since I was in the 8th grade so my background goes pretty far. ALso the high school football team was really strong. I remember a kid who was natural at age 16 squatted 575 lbs. Hell i know a kid whos 17 hes juicing. I know hes way to young, but hes 230 and benching over 390, so yes it can be down.

Odd numbers - or should I say even . . .

5 ' 8"
180 185 - Most I have ever weighed
14% at least - ate like a hog on my recent cycle.

Bench 270 X 2
Squats 340 X 3

Not great - but two years ago I weighed 153 had not worked out in years and have managed to maintain a 29' waist. Been very thin my whole life. Very fast metabolism. The worst part is I still think I look like I did two years ago. My suits no longer fit and many of my shirts make me look like a fag - cause they are too tight. P.S. What is up with the faggots - man I put on a few pounds and I feel like a piece of meat.

i dont want to sound cocky, but i dont want to get stomped on....but do u think i would stand a good chance doing bench press competitions? my knee cant handle heavy squats, but im really curious to know where i stand.....5'6 165 benching 370 or so raw. under 20 yrs....

Well you certainly won't sound cocky to me. Mind you with a competition pause you will have to take a little poundage off, but it all equals out with a shirt. If I were you I would do a contest. One thing about powerlifting that I find is the guys involved are usually very helpful and supportive.

PS You will have fun.

Power lifting is tough. I Trained for a comp when i was younger, 18yrs about 170lbs, bench 300lbs, dlift 550 and squat 585lbs.
Never made it to the comp tho, lookin back wish i had
Now its 260lbs, bench around 400, and squat over 600
Dont bother with deadlifts anymore
Bro

I agree that there is prolly some BS on this post.....

I maxed at about 360 in sept but i lost some of it, but im not gonna sit over here and say more then i can do, plus people i know post on here and would love to flame me at the drop of a hat....lol...assholes
