When you have another board out there actively bribing people to come here and make trouble, well, there's not much point in pretending that's a real discussion. Personally, I was hoping to keep it right where it was, and let Primordial respond to it at length... because if Macro had a failing, it was refusing to let the other side present their case. I was sorry to see that thread recycled. But I also don't routinely overrule the A-board mods.

Back in WWII, a lot of country bumpkins got introduced to hygiene quickly, courtesy of the US Army. Looks like Elite is filling that role now. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't get stuck in Chat and would just move on to our "medical issues" or "style and grooming" boards.

Sometimes I think we provide a valuable public service by providing reassurance to those of you who are unsure about what's "normal" or were never taught how to use indoor plumbing with confidence.

Other times I think that's just asking too much of our mods. Let's face it, the supply of patient teachers who are willing to mentor adults on the proper use of toilet paper is limited.

About "put all rules in writing" -- nope. That way lies madness. I sympathize if you are sincere about wanting to know where you stand, but there are others (most of you know who they are) who will pounce on anything that claims to be a comprehensive list and go wild finding loopholes to exploit. I'm not about to play into their hands. "We reserve the right to serve refuse to anyone" and that's how it's going to stay.

For the record I was not the mod that got rid of that thread. So I guess you will have to try again. If for any reason I think I might be biased I step back and leave things up to other mods and admen. So sorry You need to try again.

Yes you were. My apologies on that one. But you are trying to attack my character. I did nothing shady and hide nothing from any one. 3 mods and 2 admen were made well aware of that thread. You have hated me long before I became a mod and I did nothing to you before that. I am well aware that you and a few other c&c members would love to be able to point the finger at me. Thats why I often ask The other mods and admen for guidance on how to handle things. You take one thread and try to pin it on me. Thats not cool, its not right, and it clearly shows your feeling of intense hostility towards me. Rather then your actual concern for the subject at hand.

Whether it was you or not is moot, needto. My objection still remains the same. If posts critical of sponsors' products are recycled then it smacks of favoritism no matter which mod or admin does it. I for one, have nothing against dermacrine sustain or any of PP's products.

i couple of weeks ago i would have disagreed with you, but i know that i have no idea of the economics behind this board and i do wonder who is in bed with whom and the board is a lot less of a public forum than i had thought....ergo i cancelled my plat auto renew...
