Your bedroom...

fyi i have 2 oscilating fans the run along each side of my bed. i think im goin mo. i never thought about sex once this thread

Are your girls spreading their legs wide open then placing a fan directly in front of it? I don't know about you guys, but when I'm having sex either a guy is on top of me blocking direct air flow to the puss, or I'm on top in which case the fan still isn't hitting it.

This fan on = dry pussy theory is garbage. Lol

I don't like the fan on just cuz I don't like it blowing during sex. No draughts over this way.

Agreed! The fan is typically Above your head....how is it drying out things??
It's OK on low...especially when you are sweating your butt off after awhile.

I have a ceiling fan in my bedroom...have central air too, but need that nice draft in addition. I have to feel nice and cool to sleep well.

Not only do I have a TV in the bedroom..... It's a COLOR TV!!!!!!!!! ... And it even has automatic fine-tuning, a solid-state UHF tuner, and a Space Command 500 remote control, which actually turns the channels up AND down; unlike the cheaper models. And it has a hi-fi speaker with a whizzer cone.

Our bed is a modified adjustable bed with no headboard or footboard. CA King size; enough room for my wife and me, and 5 chihuahuas.

I gots a TV, how the hell else Ima watch my porn videos and eats my sammiches.

I don't think I can "re-rail" your thread Nan but I'll answer your question:

I have a queen TempurPedic, it's foundation is on steel frame (what we'd love is to get a solid frame with drawers for more storage, added bonus, the cats would be prevented from lurking under the bed so we can't shoo them out at night). It squeaks, not so much the frame, but the "foundation." Husband keeps threatening to flip it over and staple and glue the shit out of it.

It's a TINY bedroom with one closet that is about the size of a bathtub (old house), so the headboard of the bed is the kind I personally associate more with waterbeds, very deep with a lighted arch and mirror, cabinets and drawers on both sides for added clothes storage. There is one very large bureau (hubby's clothes), smaller but taller bureau (my clothes, t.v. on top) and 3 bookshelves (eclectically filled). The furniture is saltwashed maple, the walls are teal, the ceiling and carpet sand colored. My nightstand is a large computer case.

I freely admit I completely suck at decorating having tastes that are somewhat similar to those of a 21 year old single guy.

queen stearns and foster mattress, sleigh bed, cherry with some sort of woodwork shit on the head board so that it can have "stuff" attached to it
32" samsung lcd, two night stands, two dressers (tall and long chest), pineapple bronze and blown glass lamps, persian rug, cedar chest
pack-n-play with cradle
pics of kids on night stands..no other decoration...not decorating anything until were back into our own house
and I may swap with the mahogony (sp?) sleigh bed bedroom set in the guest bdrm when we go home or buy a four poster...dunno yet
that bed set has a tempurpedic that I didn't like when I was pregnant...but may give it another shot

hope these work never used tinypic before. took forever lol. my 2 little ones. Frosty is the silver one and Synyster is the black one. dont get me started though, i could talk about them all day with all their little personality traits and quirks lol

They're adorable. They do keep you entertained!

I cant have a queen bed, I need lots of space to roam around, MM is your husband handy in building stuff? If he is you can follow these and build it to your liking, just change the dimensions to make it queen.

King Size Storage Bed
Thank you, Nan, I'll show that to him!

Oh he's really handy, it's his living! The problem is access to tools, making time and workspace.

And he hates doing his job when he doesn't get paid to do it! :lmao: Did you ever hear the old adage, the shoemaker's children always go barefoot? The facilities manager's wife never gets her Honey-Do list done ...

King Size Storage Bed

wtf?!? what size bed do you and your husband sleep in?

We had a custom made bed in CR that was larger than a king, 2 people could probably comfortably fit between us.... I loved that bed.... now we just have a king....
Reminds me of a story my former brother in law told me. He actually owned a mattress factory, for some reason it seemed so odd to me, I never actually thought about the people who make mattresses. I asked him if they filled custom orders and he said sure, all the time. Being me I have to ask "what was the biggest mattress you ever made?" Apparently, they constructed a mattress that was the entire floor of a room ... as he understood it, the owner was able to write it off as a tax deduction for business equipment ;)

gosh damnit, I read your other post wrong. I took it as you saying that you couldnt have a queen cuz a queen was too big for your bedroom. lol. Thats why I was like "wtf" thinking you sleep on something smaller than a queen.

I have a King and I love it.

46" flat screen TV in bedroom. Full size mattress and box spring on a frame. I had an antique cast iron headboard, but I took it off 'cause I was tired of the bolts coming loose causing the headboard to bang against the wall every time I turned over in bed. I'm sure my downstairs neighbor thought I was jerking off.

do you have a TV in your bedroom? do you have a sleigh bed, just a frame, a canopy, what do you have? :)

Very large room decorated with a blend of warm jewel tones (mostly green) books everywhere, and three of my father's paintings. There is room for a sitting area and a tv, but I have it set up so the tv is not easily viewable from my bed (wood frame). Gotta keep sleeping space sacred, imo

I think I'm gonna switch over to a twin bed to deter chicks from sleeping over. "There's just not enough room, sorry. Lock the door on your way out"

Thats why you stay over at her place. When she gets up to pee, hop up, wipe your dick off on the curtains, steal the money of the dresser and bolt!

If I went home with a guy and saw he had a twin bed, I'd think he was a child and he would not get laid.

Good luck with that....lol

You wouldn't. But I'm pretty sure I'd still pull tons of ass on a twin bed. I could rock the whole high school throwback angle and gobble up fresh 20 somethings.

I really don't think so....a guy would have to be really really amazing and have a really really good excuse for most girls to look past a twin bed. There's nothing sexy about reminding someone of living at their parent's house.

If they went up to his place it's probably because they want sex/are horny so I doubt a small bed will stop them, they are chick he just wants to bad and tag not gf material I'm guessing

You sleep in a full? Wtf?

Although at the end of the day, I use about 1/8 of my queen size bed. I always curl up on the edge of the bed

My roommate in college (later my best man) had a twin bed with a Star Wars headboard (his mom bought it for him to take to college - lol)

He banged the spaceships off of that fugga. Takes a real charmer to get as many coeds in that bed as he did.

I bought my mattress in the mid-1990s, so yeah. They've become so expensive these days compared to then, and for some reason this one is still far from worn out, so I haven't bothered to change it. Just an old Sealy Posture-Pedic, but it's not even beginning to sag.

Anyway, since I maintain an "always, always do it at her place" policy, making my bedroom accommodate more than one person and a cat is not really an issue.

You had to take your own beds to college?

Don't be so judgemental nan!

Maybe they just wanted to have some coffee. Just because a girl sets foot inside a guy's bedroom doesn't mean she's down for a one night stand!!!11one!

:p

I completely agree that's why I said PROBABLY and GUESSING, I didnt make a statement or say it as a fact, or called them whores for going up in the first place.... :)

well they probably are whores, let's face it. whores exist. if it looks like a whore, and acts like a whore, then it's probably a whore.

i think you're over analyzing this a bit too much. i thought it was a funny comment, i'm not about to actually buy a twin bed.

How dare you say that a woman can dress like a whore!!!

lol, ok, I'm done. I think.

I have a full sitting on metal runners, with 3~1x6's for support, haloed by a beautiful 5x5 circular window.
