I have a bunch of frozen salmon in my freezer. I'm burnt out on it already though. I tried tilapia, but it was disgusting. This summer I will have more fresh fish than I can eat. I can't wait.

Damn amiga that's a lot of mercury (probably). If I could find some farm raised guaranteed mercury free fish I could fricking afford I'd love to add fish back into my diet. That chinese import fish is always the cheapest out there, but they have absolutely no constraints on air or water pollution there so their fishies are likely slap full of contaminants.

I hate fish so much. I only eat cod, shelf fish, or tuna.
We have all kinds of fish here in CR, a lot actually exports to the US ^_^ they're ususally from $4-10 a pound (flounder, tilapia, salmon, etc)
