You have that mad researcher doc quality about you - I dig that in a doctor.
You need an interior designer to make you a smokin' home office after you've paid off your school loans.
I have the same fan.
Do yourself a favor, change that trash bin to something nicer like a smaller stainless paper basket or one of those small barrel bin with the foot level and flip top. Ideally the trash bin should be hidden and not in plain view and if it has a plastic liner it must have a lid. If you can a small one under the desk do it. Do not have it in the view of the mirror!
