haha that would suck if your nipples were burning. Now if you want to use it on your lower chest would 1 pump be enough for both pecs if your not putting it on the whole chest area?

Topical applications of caffeine or (-)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) inhibit carcinogenesis and selectively increase apoptosis in UVB-induced skin tumors in mice.

SKH-1 hairless mice were irradiated with ultraviolet B (UVB) twice weekly for 20 weeks. These tumor-free mice, which had a high risk of developing skin tumors during the next several months, were then treated topically with caffeine (6.2 micromol) or (-)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG; 6.5 micromol) once a day 5 days a week for 18 weeks in the absence of further treatment with UVB. Topical applications of caffeine to these mice decreased the number of nonmalignant and malignant skin tumors per mouse by 44% and 72%, respectively. Topical applications of EGCG decreased the number of nonmalignant and malignant tumors per mouse by 55% and 66%, respectively. Immunohistochemical analysis showed that topical applications of caffeine or EGCG increased apoptosis as measured by the number of caspase 3-positive cells in nonmalignant skin tumors by 87% or 72%, respectively, and in squamous cell carcinomas by 92% or 56%, respectively, but there was no effect on apoptosis in nontumor areas of the epidermis. Topical applications of caffeine or EGCG had a small inhibitory effect on proliferation in nonmalignant tumors as measured by BrdUrd labeling (16-22%), and there was also a similar, but nonsignificant, inhibitory effect on proliferation in malignant tumors. The results suggest a need for further studies to determine whether topical applications of caffeine or EGCG can inhibit sunlight-induced skin cancer in humans.


.... well not exactly cures... but this indicates that it does have possible benefits.. at least with respect to skin cancer.


... note-(caffiene is the second most prevalent active ingredient)

i plan on getting it for my girlfried to help her shed some stomach fat. about how long does a bottle last for? also she wants to try clen, she has a good diet and exersises + has an active job. she just cant seem to loose weight. any thoughts?

the only size i seen was a 4 fl.oz. bottle. she should appley it 3 times a day? how long will 1 bottle that size last,3 or 4 weeks.

1 or 2 applications per day. pump is .5ml 1-4 pumps per application (depends on size of area/areas applied to.

at 2 application of 4 pumps per day= 4ml per day= 4 wks (that would be high end dosage for most people)

yep, once you get down under 10% BF and diet is right, YES really makes the final difference in the lower ab region and nipple area for getting rid of those nasty stuborn fat and water stores my body likes to keep.

Just ordered 2 bottles of yes... I am most concerned with my face and lower abs. How many times a day is recomended and how much for face? Also how far away from eyes should i keep it?

ES is better overall. DF is really only for people that want to more strictly limit any CNS effects

I just got mine in last week. I am going to start with the application today. I run or go to the gym to do cardio during my lunch hour so can I just apply it prior to heading out the door for the workout or do I have to apply it 20-30 mins before I head out the door? My workouts - whether they are a run or elliptical trainer or spin class are generally around 45 minutes long.

I want to apply to my abs/lower belly.

Also, I guess it probably depends on the individual but on the average assuming a clean diet and regular workouts how long before one would start to see results?

Yes. wash the area and give it a couple minutes to dry after you apply it.

How fast you'll see results depends on how far you have to go and what the rest of your plan looks like. Good diet and cardio like you're doing sounds good to me. Bodybuilders who use it in their contest prep see the results by the 2nd week pretty easily. For the average Joe it may take another week. It's best to have someone else look at you or take a picture. It's so gradual that many people don't realize the fat loss until they ask someone who doesn't look at it every day.

Dan Duchaine is pretty much who came up with the idea although per usual for Dan he injected it but a transdermal works well too. It down regulates Alpha receptors which hold onto fat. (BTW Beta receptors are what clen and ECA work off of to stimulate the metabolism.

Can it be combined with clen?
Can it be combined with an EC stack?

Are any of the fatburners at AF acually as effective as clen/EC? I know an EC stack doesn't provide much of an increase in metabolism, but it sure gives you enough energy to burn the lard...

thermorexin, at the very least from a BMR standpoint, is more effective than EC. individual responses to clenbuterol vary considerably due to individual adrenergic receptor distribution patterns, though IMHO thermorexin is generally more metabolically stimulating.

reading all this threads about AF store it makes me think that this products are magic ones, but in fact i think that they are average products that are promoted through this thread...to reduce fat it takes more than yomiburn es....

This thread would not explain how it outsells every other product in it's category and is not advertised anywhere. It only grew by word of mouth. You're just uninformed and haven't used it. But that's cool. Hang around.

BTW - This is a body building board. No one here doesn't know it takes diet and exercise to burn fat. Yohimburn ES just makes it faster.

varies, depending on bodyfat, calorie deficit, area of application and A2 density in those areas.

changes are usually noticable in 1-2wks, with a small area like face changes can be significant in that time.

though as noted above, all those factors play a role in quality and speed of results.
