Just ordered 2 bottles of yes... I am most concerned with my face and lower abs. How many times a day is recomended and how much for face? Also how far away from eyes should i keep it?

It's like vick's vaporub. It's just the fumes that bother you in your eyes. Wear swimming goggles if you have them when first put it on. Twice a day for face.

Put the ab application on after washing them and about 30 minutes prior to training. That's just once.
