well, i'm gonna try a stack of the YES, Thermorexin and SesaPure for a 4 week cycle to try and cut my bodyfat down close to 9-10%... I don't know what it currently is, but it's probably around 18% or so... :(

any tips on how to take these things...?

I will be doing my cardio in the AM... if my goal is to burn fat should i still have a preworkout meal (breakfast)...?

help a brother out... ;)

sesapure with meals 1 cap (up to six per day)
thermorexin 1 preworkout (you can have a small preworkout meal and still good lipolysis)- a lot of people just have a piece of fruit to regylcogenate the liver (though a small meal with carbs and protein is fine)

as far as rest of thermorexin dosing.. its really a tolerance issue.. up to six per day.. though start with just one per day to assess tolerance...

maybe you can answer this for me as well...

does the Sesapure interfere with absorbtion / uptake of other nutrients or minerals...?
 
what are the proper usage guidlines for the YES...?

from what i've read, you spray on before your workout, but do you rub it in, or just spray it on...?

will you get a tingling sensation or anything from it...? does it have a smell...?

how long can you use before taking a break...?

dosage will vary
before workout is most common and yes you rub it in (apply to clean skin)
yes most people experience tingling and it does have a peppermint scent
yohimburn can be used for extended periods of time (there is no set time limit for use... its generally always effective because of its mode of action)
 
i used my first dose today... didn't notice any tingling with it...

will report back in a few weeks from now...

be sure to exfoliate areas prior to application (when showering) with a coarse body scrub or loofah (at least 2-3 times a week)

how neccesary is it to shower before application...

is there any other way of cleaning the area without showering...?

i've been using some baby wipes to wash the areas at the moment, cause i don't have time to shower that early in the morning...

you can just clean the area with a warm wet rag. Though when you do shower, exfoliate.
 
Hey I've been readin the thread and it seems like YES is a pretty awesome product for a cutting phase. I'm going to be cutting the month of janurary and I had some goals in mind. I'm weigh 196 lbs and 6'0. My goal is to lose approximately 12 lbs and reach 185ish. What my question is how much of an impact would YES have on those numbers ? Would 15 - 20 lbs. be a realistic goal with YES or YES + a thermogenic?

that type of fat is usually due to different issues. Often insulin sensivity related. You would want to look at glucorell R and SesaPURE.

how long until results show? i am not fat - i am actually quite lean but have that stubborn little "gut". last time i got my bf measured it was 9.8%. my diet is super clean (no sugars, no white bread/processed flours, calories in line with my goals which is to lean out).
i've been using YES for 2weeks now. cardio in the morning, weights in the afternoon. havent seen much from it though.

yes, everywhere else is really leaning out - arms, legs, chest, even mid section is ok/ripped. just back + the lower abs is my problem. thanks.!.
 
1. either the area is not a2 rich- though lower ab fat is more often than not.
2. you are getting some water retention from the yohimbine

try taking 3-4 days off and see if its water.
 
here is a pic from 1week ago. i have leaned out a little more since this pic but havent had a chance to snap another pic just yet.
 
that picture is a bit dark, but from what can be seen you lower abs dont look particularly fatter, you do appear to have some postural distention (which may increase the appearance of a low ab "roll").

a little vacuum work and strict form crunching (ab held in while crunching- sucked in) will do wonders with that as well as thorough hamstring stretching.

though thats just how it appears (its dark- could just be shadows)
 
I am starting to notice some results now -- it's 1.5wks into using it. cardio @ 4-5 days per week, resistance training ~4days per week. I know it's not going to be an overnight thing and was kind of expecting more the first week but now I can tell so I can say YOHIMBURN ES DOES IN FACT ROCK !! -- well it along with a little lifestyle change.!

Wow...just shows you can learn something diferent every day.

Mac....This will help with a gut then? Not fat but the organs and like you put it disdentation? What is the primary cause of disdentation? I seem to get it while bulking....im assuming due to the ammount of food consumed. And no im not alking about GH disdentation.
 
Well I have to say that yes it works... BUT it works a little for me nothing incredible although i didn;t have a ton to lose either.. .. but here's my but.. lol.. I'm really wondering if it's just sucking out water, if so it has zero long term gains, and you'd have to stay on it for ever ...

Anyone have actual proof of what it is doing is long term and truly removing/brekaing up fat cells... for it to work so quickly i'm thinking it's just water

yes. that kind of core work, as well as stretching(of both abs/hipflexors and hamstrings in particular) will help to minimize the sway back and belly distention that many suffer from, particularly when bulking (though often remains after buld because of postural adaption)
 
Can you get this stuff at a local supplement store like GNC or Max Muscle or just online? Keep hearing good things about it I want some.

I've always wanted to try this product... but I don't want to go to the gym smelling like icy hot. Is the smell that strong? Or will noone else be able to smell it.
 
it depends on the person (as all aromatic fragrances do, and how it reacts with your skin and skin oils) it is usually not strong but it may be noticable to those with acute sense of smell that are close to you (though again this depends).

it does not smell as strongly as icy hot, regardless of the person. it also smells much more like peppermint and not the strong menthol smell of icy hot.
 
I just started using mine. Used it about 4 times now. Not noticing much improvement, but im debating stopping use until I focus specifically on cutting. Im still bulking right now, and I would think id see results much quicker if I were specifically trying to cut.

Im kinda on the fence right now, but ill update when I decide what im gonna do.

It stopped working for me. No new results since i've first started using it. I finished up 1 bottle and probably won't buy another.
- Perhaps I need to change up my diet a bit or step up the cardio. My diet is very very clean. I do have 1 cheat day per week but otherwise I do not consume sugars or processed flours or any bread. My diet consists of low-moderate good carbs(oatmeal, sweet potatoes), moderate good fats and high protein.
I just cant seem to shake this little lower belly/gut..
I'm almost gonna give up!!
 
if the calorie deficit is not there the results will be minimal, sounds like the first week you got a response just from the metabolic change (A2 blocking), but that after that maybe the calorie deficit was not enough to allow such progress to continue. Though it could be that A2 receptors are not your issue.
 
Been testing out YES on the gf last 2 or 3 days without cardio. At first she felt sick soon after each application of about 6 pumps covering tops of legs, hips, bum and tum. Cut it down to half and everything is fine now.

This morning she is complaining that she has muscle pain as though she's done a heavy workout, even though she barely gets out of her office chair.

Anyone else found this ?

Update:

I've been using the stuff for almost a week. I'm applying to obliques, lower abdomen, chest, and face.

Already seeing some results on chest and face. :-)
