Sorry, I misquoted. Not AT 5:00 on Monday BY 5:00 on Monday.

So if she's still on life support at 5:01 Monday the hospital is in contempt ... unless someone or an entity (the hospital admins, the state of Texas) files an appeal, I guess. I would also guess the judge set that deadline to allow reasonable time for an appeal to be filed
