What was your estrogen levels like? Dianabol will raise measured test blood levels dramatically within a few hours after taking it. It does suppress natural production as any test that you take will. If you take a replacement for your own test then suppression will happen until you come off.

I think you should have done the Clomid/Nolva after discontinuing the dianabol not the other way around. I would try the anti-E's again to see if it jump starts your own production. Methylation is simply used to make sure it survives the liver to be absorbed into the blood and doesn't really have any bearing on the suppression issue. You can also check in the HRT section. Lots of info on this subject.
