well bout 1-1 1/2 weeks ago my wrist gave out in a DB shoulder press and the weight fell to the ground... i hurt some muscles in my shoulder but it hasnt fully recovered... its better than it was couple days ago but its still hurting during workouts.. ive done some stretching and such but cant think of what to do to heal it... havent done any specific exercises on my shoulder either.. only light triceps/biceps and legs and abs...
any ideas besides seeing a specialist which is a worst case scenario if it not better in 1-2 weeks
