Today after my chest workout I was doing abs and experienced possible the wors cramps in the world. I had a great workout going but on my 3rd set of rope crunches, my abs started spassing out and I was literally on the floor arching my back trying to stretch them out. Every time I sat up straight it happened again, absolutely sucked!!! I am drinking 2 gallons of H20 a day. Think it is due to lack of veggies or my gear kicking in. In my 3rd week of EQ/Test Eth/Fina. Any other suggestions?
