Worst Cramps Ever!!!

Today after my chest workout I was doing abs and experienced possible the wors cramps in the world. I had a great workout going but on my 3rd set of rope crunches, my abs started spassing out and I was literally on the floor arching my back trying to stretch them out. Every time I sat up straight it happened again, absolutely sucked!!! I am drinking 2 gallons of H20 a day. Think it is due to lack of veggies or my gear kicking in. In my 3rd week of EQ/Test Eth/Fina. Any other suggestions?
 
if your drinking enough and you say you are ,eat more potassium rich foods like bananas that should help!

this is why i stopped doing abs a year and half ago on my first cycle.

What about doing abs and then getting into your car a few min after. one time i was hanging out of my car with my head on the parking lot. That was painful!
 
Had the same prob.
Try taking a good multi-vitamin and mineral supplement.
For a mineral supplement calcium, magnesium,and zinc works wonders.
Give it a try i think you will be quite suprised by the results.

Yep, Taurine/potassium (sp?) will suposedly work good with Clen cramps, i guess it's the same effect against "regular" cramps. :) my 0.02.

When i will be starting my clen cycle in 1-2 weeks, i'll have Taurine for sure. :)
