What are your opinions on the best strategies to hitting squats every single day? I’m seeing some YouTubers that say that they worked as squats every day and it helps them with their body and helps them make better results and make them stronger overall.
Do you think a strategy of doing 3 or 4 sets every day and go on anywhere between 50 and 70% would be good?
Or should I try something else?
