working out

hey guys im 15 years old and ive been lifting for about a year now on and off. Im currently doing a program that i do chest/triceps one day back/biceps another and shoulders/legs the other day. I also do abs each day i workout. The problem is that i dont have the motivation to lift. If anyone has any suggestions to help me get motivated either by changing my workout or whatever it is i would truly appreciate it. thanks.

Set some goals ,if you stick to your lifting In afew months you will see development and other people will notice too.
 
The only thing that keeps me motivated is having a partner. He comes over four days a week and on the days I don't feel like working out I have to or he will call me a wimp or puss. As for the workout just keep it simple do what makes you feel good, and something that you wont get board of. Rember at least you are working out.
