I just got a job as a supervisor in corporate security. My hours are crazy. I work 4 shifts in 3 days, 2 of the shifts being 3rd shift and 2 of the shifts being 2nd shift. So on Saturdays I work 16 of 24 hours. Its a start. I just got my bachelors degree in CJ. Its 330am, im 3.5 hours into my 8 hr shift and I am fucking sleepy. I have been up since 6 am. COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE

I did that when I was trading futures. I'd come into the office at around 2AM to trade with Europe and roll right into trading the American fixed-income futures morning/early afternoon sessions. I'd go home at 3PM, fall into bed, get up around midnight, and do it all over again. Based on that experience, I can say that inverted sleep cycles suck.

im here now again. 1st day of the week for me. It really isnt bad. Just takes adjusting. I dont really have to do shit but "supervise" that means posting here on EF and watching dvds all night.

I couldnt do those hours but I love 2nd shift I hate getting up in the morning. Right now I work 1st shift but I dont hardly "work" either. I do about 5 to 10 hors a week of real work and the rest is just messing around on the internet. I dont do the porn thing at work though

I worked 4-midnight for 4 years, long enough to know I'll stick with 9-5pm unless someone is paying me $100K with weekends off.
