As I'm sure you're aware - if you've had adventures in ketosis!!! - some people are more sensitive than others when it comes to getting knocked out of a ketogenic state.....
When I did keto, I never found glycerine or other sugar alcohols to be problematic - and that's generally where the carbs in "low-carb" protein bars come from.....
Having said that, I always enjoyed the Pure Protein S'mores bars....or the Nitro-Tech (bite my tongue!!) Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip bars....The EAS bars should be fine too. If you're not sure, just keep a closer eye on blood sugar...or use the sticks, etc., It's mostly trial and error....
