winstrol not effective over bf%??

hey guys im takin winstrol ed at 60mg for 6 weeks with prop.......

i heard winstrol is only notceable at a real low bf % is this true? because im 17% bf and wondering what results i could see.....

im doing a low calorie diet with low carbs and high protein , trainings in check as well as diet and cardio...
