long time, no chat needto...how are things, brother? finished up school and have been hoping from job to job and my workout routine has taken a friggin blow. just so that i don't hi-jack this thread into a old school re-union, i 100% agree that winny blows lol

Looks like its that season again. Everyone going back to school,moving,getting set up and shit. This means ef is going to be a little slow for the next month or so till everyone gets settles into there new schools/life and shit. Happens every year. This month is always the slowest month for posting ever. No ones got the time.

yeah school is starting up again, i just got back from my alum's football scrim this past weekend....my boys are looking good.

I'm starting to get back into the gym just now....got 3 days in this week....actually got nauseous the first 2 times because i decided to squat till i puke and bench till i almost passed out after taking a 2 month hiatus from the weight room. i need a kick in my ass...some good pre-workout supps (non-aas) since i've got down the straight path...what's the big place to go to now for some good pre-workout supps? Take care big guy,

I will have amp02 in my store in a few days. Also all the other agx products too and some new ones of my own for this. Agx is the best though imo..
