Ok. Heres the thing. I hate whey proteins. I really do. They all have some semi good taste then bam they ussually hit you with some bitter nasty flavor.
I decided to go for some Ice Cream Sandwich flavored WTBM.
I mixed it in water. I dont have milk, yeah im sort of poor alright? haha.
Anyways. Thats what sketched me out more. Water makes whey protein even worse than if it was in milk.
Drank half my bottle of water. Put a scoop in (or two I cant remember....whatever the recommended dose was).
Put it in the fridge. Worked out. Grabbed my drink. Drank some.
