Just for the record, I deplore violence in all forms -- especially when it's perpetrated on the weak by the strong.

I know a few women who've been smacked around by thier boyfriends, and it is UGLY. It's an incredibly viscious and brutal situation when it occurs.

I still don't think the thread should have been locked.

And I can name just as many that deserve a good smack. I am not attempting to encourage violence against women, but once someone starts denying a father visitation of his kids, changing their last names to match her new "boyfriend's" last name, stealing his credit card, having utilities and credit cards signed on in the child's name and then not paying, effectively ruining his credit although he was only 2 years old, etc... well they are not women anymore. They have crossed the line to being "Bitch".

I think the best statement is that we all know a few people, regardless of gender that needs a slap upside the head.

I also found it offensive because I see women getting shit on all the time. We often have no choice about what we can be. If we defend women, we're whiny feminazis. If we agree in the nicest way, then we're weak, and if we put little smilies up there, then we're cockteases. If we wear tight jeans, we're sluts, if we wear nice clothes, we're prudes, if we say something intelligent, we're uppity and if we don't like what you're saying about us, or worse yet, spurn your advances, we're bitches bitches bitches (for this one, see any of frackal's posts about women).

Any one of Frackal's posts about women huh? When have I ever posted anything regarding irritation about women "spuring my advances?"

I've actually had a friend who took a shot in the arm. This chick like leaned into it hard and it hurt him so he just turned around and nailed her back.

Long story....don't want to get into it. But yeah, she did deserve it.
