I was wondering if you can help me with these questions I got from reading your thread here..
1. What is a good ratio for carbs while on a cycle.. normally I go about 3g/ lb. of bodyweight when I am bulking. Do you have to go even higher than that?
2. I already work out pretty heavy with the basic lifts - I assume that while on the cycle - I keep heavy (maybe in the 4-6 rep range for working sets) and cut down on the volume to max rest and recovery?? Please clarify if possible.
3. The Clomid is after the cycle, right?
4. If I start a cycle like the one you mentioned at about 10% b.f. (my current level at 255 lbs.) will I be leaner when I am done because of all the new mass, or will I have to start a diet to bring the cuts back up?
5. If so, can you perhaps recommend a "cutting" cycle for after you are done with the bulking cycle? Or do those even exist?
6. Will the quantities you mentioned work on a guy my size or would I need more?

#1 3grams a pound for carbs is good, make sure there complex carbs like brown pasta ect. 3.5 grams a pound would be close and good also.
#2 working out should be in the range of 4-10 reps( say 10, 8 6,4, 4) keep it heavy, make sure they are heavy compound movements, like squats, deads, cleans, bench ect..
#3 clomid is always used after a cycle but ive even heard of some peope that use it during cycle as a weak anti-estro but i question how good that would work!!! look at the dosage on my first post for the amount of clomid needed.
#4 depend on your diet, AAs used, and body type, i would assume if you kept cals around 3500 you could expect most gains to be lean, but when you go over 4000 cals a day you ahve to expect you bf% to go up, except when your on fina/test!
#5 sorry bro, im not knowledgable enough to recommend you a good cutting cycle

clomid 3 weeks post test
lots of cardio and protein you should be ripped shit!
#6 500 mg week test wks 1-10
deca 400 mgs week wks 1-10
dbol 35 mg ed wks 1-4 or 5
clomid post cycle
you would see good gains of that!
