why newbies want to do dianabol cycles, ( heres how to do it right)

hey paddy, thanks for the summation -- you saved this newbie a shitload of work. Guide me to a good book to read up on this stuff if possible, tho...

I was wondering if you can help me with these questions I got from reading your thread here..

1. What is a good ratio for carbs while on a cycle.. normally I go about 3g/ lb. of bodyweight when I am bulking. Do you have to go even higher than that?

2. I already work out pretty heavy with the basic lifts - I assume that while on the cycle - I keep heavy (maybe in the 4-6 rep range for working sets) and cut down on the volume to max rest and recovery?? Please clarify if possible.

3. The Clomid is after the cycle, right?

4. If I start a cycle like the one you mentioned at about 10% b.f. (my current level at 255 lbs.) will I be leaner when I am done because of all the new mass, or will I have to start a diet to bring the cuts back up?

5. If so, can you perhaps recommend a "cutting" cycle for after you are done with the bulking cycle? Or do those even exist?

6. Will the quantities you mentioned work on a guy my size or would I need more?

#1 3grams a pound for carbs is good, make sure there complex carbs like brown pasta ect. 3.5 grams a pound would be close and good also.

#2 working out should be in the range of 4-10 reps( say 10, 8 6,4, 4) keep it heavy, make sure they are heavy compound movements, like squats, deads, cleans, bench ect..

#3 clomid is always used after a cycle but ive even heard of some peope that use it during cycle as a weak anti-estro but i question how good that would work!!! look at the dosage on my first post for the amount of clomid needed.

#4 depend on your diet, AAs used, and body type, i would assume if you kept cals around 3500 you could expect most gains to be lean, but when you go over 4000 cals a day you ahve to expect you bf% to go up, except when your on fina/test!;)

#5 sorry bro, im not knowledgable enough to recommend you a good cutting cycle

maybe this though
sust 500mg week wks 1-10
winny wks 7-12 50 mg ed
eq 400 mg week wks 1-10
clen, 2 on 2 off with 20 mcg a day and work your way up
arimidex 0.5 mg ed
clomid 3 weeks post test

lots of cardio and protein you should be ripped shit!

#6 500 mg week test wks 1-10
deca 400 mgs week wks 1-10
dbol 35 mg ed wks 1-4 or 5
clomid post cycle

you would see good gains of that!
 
Say I was going to do sus250 every 5 days and 400 eq every week. What is the most efficient way to spread the shots over the week.

Taking arimidex with any cycle will help you stay lean and cut ...example drugs for cutting; fina, prop, EQ, winny, anavar, etc. Prop is the best test for cutting because of less water bloat...but of course the bloat can all be eliminated by taking arimidex or liquidex. Cutting and bulking really boil down to your diet, not which drugs you take. Eat clean and near maintainence cals, you will keep lean and gain mass...eat junk way above your maintainence cals, and you will gain more muscle but with a bunch of fat included in the package..it's always a give and take.

what brand is the eq

if its 100 mg/ml

do 2cc eq and 1cc of sust on monday or tuesday

2nd shot do sust alone(ex thursday)

3rd shoot
2cc of eq ex saturday

it wil be different every week though because you ar eshooting sust every 5 days doinjection days will be different every week

why not bump up the sust to 500 mg week for better gains and a better easier injecting schedule!
