why newbies want to do dianabol cycles, ( heres how to do it right)

Yeah, stick to regular DL'...you can do STDL's if you need more hamstring work. But you can surely pull up more weight with standard DL's, working more muscle groups more intensly.

I would almost bet that he is reading from a book. Isn't this the same guy who did anadrol, dianabol (at the same time) and something else on his first cycle? And he is giving newbies advice? Wasn't there a recent thread about newbies giving newbies advice? WTF? BamBam
 
point taken bros, DLs will be done after squats on leg day starting next week.
I know i should also hit the barbell benchpress, but dbs feel so much better on my shoulders.....

not quite bro,

i did dbol and drol at different times at low doses, i didnt take this out of a book although im sure i could of. i know i ask alot of dumb questions but this post is basically most of my knowledge laid in front of you:) i will try too keep my posts more like these as i have learned alot, when i first came here i was a newbie but now i consider myself a ameteur,
