I just started free and smith squating again a few weeks ago (lower back problems) and i dont do regular deads, only stifflegged (put a lot of emphasis on flexing upperback through movement, great for rhomboids). I bench better than ever, smoother (water retention from bol?). Alls im saying is that people always talk of INSANE pumps and strength while on bol. I get better bi pumps for sure (and brachiallis pumps too), but its not like people talk about. Shit, even on 600mg test a week, i dont really feel any more aggressive than before. My back hasnt increased in strenght really much (110lb db rows to 120's), but ive had a strong back, stongest bodypart.
I dont really sleep well, so im sure that has something to do with it.
