why newbies want to do dianabol cycles, ( heres how to do it right)

LOL yes you. Good work bro. Some of your earlier posts were a little out there, and repetetive, but this post is starting to show a new side of you. I hope you keep it up. Always refreshing to see someone preach good advice, doesn't matter if it was said 1000x before, or never said at all. Good post, and hope you keep learning, and spreading the good word on training hard, eating right etc....
 
dbol strength increases? at 50mg i dont see much of shit in that department.......been stuck on the 100lb dbs for a few weeks, started at the 75s, went from 40 to 50-55 on db curls, but other than that, everything else didnt go up much at all.
i did gain 30lbs though....

Your flat dumbell increase: 33%
100lbs. - 75 lbs. = 25lbs
25/75 = 33%

Curl: 15/40 = 37.5%

Not horrendously bad but if your squat and bench didn't increase with 30lbs. of body weight the problem is training not the drugs. Deadlift doesn't always work this way as extra bodyweight can work against strength gain in this lift. You are squating, benching, and DLing correct?

r u trying to say that you didnt get good strengh on 50 mg dbol?

shit im on 25 mg ed and i just movet up to 85 lb dumbells yesterday for military oooh yeah!!!!

I just started free and smith squating again a few weeks ago (lower back problems) and i dont do regular deads, only stifflegged (put a lot of emphasis on flexing upperback through movement, great for rhomboids). I bench better than ever, smoother (water retention from bol?). Alls im saying is that people always talk of INSANE pumps and strength while on bol. I get better bi pumps for sure (and brachiallis pumps too), but its not like people talk about. Shit, even on 600mg test a week, i dont really feel any more aggressive than before. My back hasnt increased in strenght really much (110lb db rows to 120's), but ive had a strong back, stongest bodypart.

I dont really sleep well, so im sure that has something to do with it.

You are going to limit yourself if you don't use the full motions. There really isn't a substitute for pulling from the floor or moving with a lot of weight on your back. This will limit your strength increases for sure and size retention too. SLDL is no substitute, neither is dumbell work. Hope your body mends soon.
