Why does my PM say it is full all the time

i get e-mails saying that my PM is full,
but i only have 2-3 messages in the box

Next time you go to your PM go to the drop down box on the top left that says show PM from the last 10 days and switch the time frame and you'll see that you have more than 2-3 PM's.

i did do that, only have 1 one no mater where i on the drop box

Click on to the beginning, I see that you do have more.

Go to your sent items box. Clear that out.
