i agree with your first paragraph 100% but the same can be said about every AAS out there, even those that dont aromatize. to think that its possible to keep every pound you 'gain' on a cycle is foolish.
your 2nd paragraph is full of mis-information. deca is no more suppressive than anything else out there WHEN USED CORRECTLY.. i won't get into the specifics but its true. no such thing as being 'anti-inflammatory', that is a major myth. if that was true then it would be a horrible idea to use it. anti-inflammatory drugs should never be touched by lifters EVER EVER EVER. and then lean on deca? huh? deca needs calories to even work!! if you don't eat calories you are wasting your time with it. want to run a calorie deficit? run PRIMO. thats the one to run, not deca.
great drug? maybe, great for guys that cycle? i disagree. a reason why you never hear of vets who cycle use it the stuff. you hear of vets who are cruising or on HRT use it yes, but NOT those who actually cycle off and on. 99% of the time deca is used by newbs who don't know what they are doing.. why? i'm not sure, maybe cause the name DECA sounds hard and hip? no idea. the proof is you see guys run 8 weeks of deca all the time, when its slow builder and won't even reach peak levels till week 5. should be run a minimum of 12-14 weeks. proves internet parroting and 'my friend at the gym told me to run it' is prevalent with this stuff. the ONLY thing i would ever run just 8 weeks that wasn't an oral or wasn't prop based would be tren ace, thats all. every other injectable (for the most part) should be run a minimum of 12 weeks or you are wasting peak levels of it
