My heart breaks for his family .. I can't even begin to imagine their pain. It's bad enough to hear what happened, to see it.. unfathomable.

I'm not trying to be political here. They are both disgusting acts.

I had to take an extra xanax. For some reason real videos like this look fake. It didn't look as bloody as hollywood murders. I think the way he kept pulling at the head trying to break it off after it was cut was what made me sick.

What I can't stop thinking about is what it felt like. I know it sounds horrible and I only watched it once and then deleted it because I felt sick, but I keep picturing him squirming while it was happening. I keep wondering at what point did he stop actually living? He stopped moving his body once the nerves were severed, but it looked like his eyes and mouth were still moving while they were twisting it off. I guess at some point the body loses consciousness and the brain goes into shock, he hopefully passed out until the brain died from oxygen starvation. But could he feel them pulling his hair, and twisting his neck, could he still see when they held him up towards the camera?

It's fucking got me down today, I get pissed and then I get sad, I guess I just don't know what to make of it yet. And yet I can't stop thinking about it. Maybe it's the morbid curious side of me...

I was affected like this when I saw that video of this guy who had his throat cut. It is supposedly some Russian soldier and you see him on the ground with a guy steppping on his head. The camera was right over him. It was pretty tough to watch. Especially if you have your speakers on.
