Damn I've been busy with studying for finals all week.
Yeo, when I started lifting I was weighing in at 140lbs. I was a competitive long distance swimmer, and had been lean all my life. I was hovering around 9% BF when I swam. I started lifting heavy in high school for football. That was one of the worst decisions I ever made, but another story.
So during football, I was about 150 and 17-18%BF. Completely lost my swimming physique and just grew fat. Over the next couple of years I got down to about 162 15%. After my first cycle, I was 170 and around 14-15%. I've waited six months more, and prior to my current cycle, I was 170 13%. I'm now on an 8 week Sust cycle, and expect to end up post cycle around 185.
I believe 185 is going to be my "genetic limit". Although I have a really good frame to build on, my entire family is really small. All my relatives are really small too. You don't see many jacked 200lb 5'5 Japanese guys walking around....or at least I haven't. Thus, this will probably be my last cycle if I get up to my desired weight. In addition, for the sports and hobbies I do, being any bigger is only going to hinder my ability (I can tell that I already sink faster when I go snowboarding) Anyways, good luck bro. Just make sure that you continue to lift hard post cycle, I find it the hardest to continue lifting hard while slowly losing strength.
