I'm always hearing people saying wait till you reach your natural limit before you touch the juice, so I am wondering if there's anyone who is glad they didn't wait or if anyone regrets not waiting before juicing.

I'm glad I started when I did (21). It took me this long to gain a good understanding of nutrition, settle into a really good routine, know exactly what I was doing, and to really appreciate my hard earned gains. Because of all this, I think I respect my body and gear alot more as well.

I talk to alot of people that want to jump into things after 3 months. When I first started lifting, I was so sporadic in training, that I wasn't sure this was something I wanted to commit to, and if I was going to start injecting myself with drugs, I better damn well be sure that this was something I was going to commit to.

I spent so many years banging my head on the gym wall and not growing only to learn I have low test due to vasectomy at 25, I wish I had learned about this stuff long ago. I regret not starting sooner. I do however think you should lift for 2 years min before starting.

So wha tdo you guys think, I am 22, 5'7", and 135lbs (started at 117lbs) have been training for about a year and have a good understanding of training and diet. So do you think I should take the plunge or carry on making slow gains.
