To start a HST routine you need an open mind as it goes against what most of us have grown with, of training bodypart and then letting it rest for 5-7 days. I managed to get my head around it and have been doing it natural for last 8 weeks.
I'm about to start summer cutter (test/var/clen) and am really keen to carry on with HST. Who has done it while on juice?
It may feel like a waste of juice as you are only going up in small increments when your strength could be going through the roof. But I'm thinking that as you get stronger, you just really slow it down and exagerate excellent form!
Any input?
