I'm not wanting much size (if any) as it is a cutter so I think I will stick with HST mon, wed and fri, with cardio on tues and thurs, and maybe a few power exercises such as cleans, clean and jerks on sunday, just to rev the metabolism that much more.
The 'whats HST Q's'?? Does anyone search anymore, maybe you guys should spend less time here and more time on the training boards!
