I think what we have to do is make a commitment to all go to the next Olympia. I'll block out the time. (I've missed the last two years because of projects.) then... August...for the 2-week "Party till you drop" fiestas......lol
I so miss those its not even funny.... :) Might not be IN Betanzos, but I'll pass by, probably be around A coruña with some of my siblings.

After that, if my grades are good......I'ml heading to the Canary Islands for a week.

Then, back to grad school. :)

I only have 3 weeks of vacation. I intern at the labs during the summer....I know sucks. But great experience.

There are several who I would like to meet and hangout with.

Starfish- She's a totally cool woman and it will be a blast to hangout at the beach with her. :)

Sofa George- Me and starfish can come hangout with you, it will be a wild time. :D

PHATchik- She's a crazy mountain woman, so I know that she would be fun. Although she would probably get me in trouble. :insane: :D

Velvett- The mysterious Ms. V. would be a blast to be around. :)

Finally, Big Rick Rock and George- We all could go down to Atlantic City and get in trouble. :D

And i don't trash...i have to be harsh with people who have no idea as to what they are talking about. If I'm not harsh and very, very clear, they will eventually hurt themselves.(I'm talking DNP here)

And this guy with ZERO experience and almost no textbook knowledge decides to say I'm wrong in things I know I'm perfectly right about, well then, I have to put my foot down because people might actually follow this guys advice and end up either hurting themselves or getting no results. The 4 PREMIER DNP experts on ther entire internet are Macro, DNP Guru(late), Andy13, and myself.

I can trash somebodies intelligence when IMO he can't see he's wrong on all counts, but just keeps on parrotting the wrong information. Then, and only when he gets a good verbal kicking, will he actually learn something for a change.

fonz, i wasnt talking about the dnp issue, I was referring to the issue where you threatened to ban members just because they didnt like your pics. That issue had absolutely nothing to do with me, but threatening members with banning for that reason, and changing their signatures, is a clear abuse of mod powers

Fonz i've got a question for you. Why are you trying to get your bf down to about 6%? i know you play soccer and isn't 6% dangerously low for a contact sport. when AAP got into a fight at the gym he almost broke his arm (i think) because he didn't have enough bodyfat to cushion him hitting the pavement, 6% sounds like it might put you at risk of broken bones.

I know this is an unrelated hijack but didnt know how else to reach you other than PM and felt this q was too irrelevant to ask thorugh that channel.

Its largely genetic. Some people have stronger joints, bones etc... than others. It depends on their bone density. Also ligament and tendon strength.

At 6% I can play soccer with minimal trouble. It is the smallest BF% I would consider for playing soccer(You have to remember I have been playing comp. soccer for 10 years). Any lower, and I would put my ligaments, joints, and tendons at risk due to running,and getting hit with soccer cleats.

I only really sustained one bad injury, but it was an accident, me and an oppossing player both went for the ball, but I got there first and kicked it further along, while he missed the ball and pretty much kicked me full swing on my ankle, compressing a nerve under a ligament. I posted about it on the boards.

However, my mass(176lbs) is normally biggers than the average soccer players(150-165lbs), so that helps me in terms of any player-player contact.

Soccer is over now, I'm doing track...so BF% is not a huge problem at the moment.

Yeah, it is funny because he looks big in pics, but then you see him in person and it is like "oh, he is enormous!"

And yeah, definitely the nicest person I've ever met I think.
