who takes d-bol every 4 hrs?? I mean every 4 hours!!!

Who has time to remember to take dbol every 3-4 hours?? I have never noticed a difference taking them that way or all at once. And who wants to carry around pills all day in your sweaty, lint filled pockets??

30mg a day, 10mg pills, 3 times a day. Morning, hour after lunch, and one before lifting in the evening.
