Who knows how to get bigger fast without getting fat?

Alright, well it seems as though my diet days are almost over. I am almost to my optimal bodyfat, probably 2 more weeks on keto and i will be there.

To avoid an infinite regress back to being bulky and fat, i need something to gain my mass back that i lost while dieting without the fat.

For me it has been a cyclical oscillation between getting big and lean... Juice has started losing effects on my drastically... I have been on and off for probably 4 years now... Always getting huge, leaning down and getting smaller... Since february i have lost about 10% bf as well as about 20lbs of lbm... It sucks, i want to get it back.

So i guess the question is what does it take to start gaining lbm agian?

I don`t have the answer you want but I can tell you that you MUST reintroduce carbs back into your diet slowly after CKD. I thought I was but did`nt and gained more fat than I wanted.

Supa' true. Too fast and you gain tons of water and fat. I did a 2 day load after a few weeks of a low carb (cycled between 100 and 300 a day) and was 18 lbs. heavier after it. Not all of it was tissue, but you get the point.

that's a fat cubs logo. old school. back to the sandberg/dawson days.

anyhow, you may wanna hit up creatine. works well for strength and some size.:alien:

Mad thanks for the recognition. Dawson is my all-time favorite player, used to watch them everyday back in 87, 88.

the quality of the food is also important. You have to 'overeat' on foods that are doing something for your body. I've never bulked up but from some posts I read where people say to eat whatever you want because you are eventually going to cut and trim off the fat, why not eat whatever you want as long as its good for you, fiber, low gi carbs, good sources of protein and efa's i would suspect that you'd get bigger overeating on those but reduce the amount of 'fat' you gain since most of it would go to 'feeding' your body. I dunno though, it's just a guess.

rememeber when they got dude.. what was his name... walters something. rookie of they year.. jerome?

i really though he could have turned out a great player. the same year they also had another african player that was gonna become the shit but dropped out. can you remember his name?

get this though..

i've been a very strong angels fan for about 10 years now. i followed them every year and supported them even though they stunk and let me down many times come crunch time... and last year i decided to move out of the u.s for work. didnt follow baseball that much as it isnt televised in the country where i'm at and what do they do???????

they fuckin win the world series the year that i leave!!!!!!!!!

still love that team.

Yeah. A "clean" bulk will definately reduce the amount of bf gained during a bulk.

As for reintroduction of carbs after CKD, I started that May 1st.
So far, I started out with just oatmeal in morning and veggies occaisionally for 1wk....no carbs w/ last meal and none after about 6 or 7pm.

I do have skim milk with my protein shake though.

Then 2nd week added carbs to another meal (half a pita, appx 18g carb). I'm about to add sweet potatos next week or maybe another pita. (will stay under 131g carbs / day in the end).

Best to ya

Forgot??

All those cubs players you mentioned were terrific players, but lets not forget about the all time greatest cubs player-henry roingardner, maybe only second to ched stedman (the rocket)
