Who Killed shit today?

Guess im the only one who does bis n tris on friday. But i killed it. Been havin to take it easy on right bicep bc of tendon issues. Would actually take time off of it but im 2 weeks into a contest diet, so really cant afford to not work em.
 
you hurt your legs? why 2 or 3 months not doing them?
Fell down a flight of stairs. Sprained my ankle. I am on my legs a lot for work, running back and forth, up and down, etc etc. I tried working them out here and there and the pain would get bad. I just manned up and said I won't workout my legs until this thing heals up. It's fully healed now and I can go back in full swing. I definitely have a good 5-8lbs of muscle just waiting to come back to my legs. They shrunk down a good bit and I can fit into normal jeans again. But hopefully that doesn't last long.
 
KILLED IT TODAY.

Im cutting:

6am 40 min bike ride.. lots of hills on empty stomach
7am chest/shoulders

ill be back in the gym at 5pm

5pm will be chest/shoulders ... unless i decide to do more cardio.. aka JUDO

diet is on track and starting to get very lean.
 
Massive core work. Standing good Mornings 315 for 5x5, seated good mornings 225 for 10x3 standing cable crunch 150 pounds for 10x3 , leg raises, reverse crunches, regular crunches, decline weighted sit ups, planks for sets til failire 2min 38 seconds and 2 minutes 22 seconds, did some calf work just for shits and gigs and then 20 minutes of steady state cardio to keep my heart happy.
 
I smashed back today 6 plates bent over row. Yeah I juice so fuckin what. Doc said lifting days are over with a buldged disc. Fuck him. Then I dropped a plate on my foot. Right on the bone. So I went home and jabbed prop and tren. Then I got the cough's like I got
Lung cancer. A lot can be learned from this

I fucking hate and love the fact that I cant wear regular jeans. The only pair I can wear are 36w "loose" and theyre too big everywhere except my quads.
