First day doing legs in 2 or 3 months. Squatted a mere 2 plates each side, did the vertical leg press 11 plates each side, good number of reps, leg extensions, calfs...can barely walk.
Other thing I almost killed was a shady looking guy walking outside the block. My magnum was locked and loaded, walked outside in wife beater with the heat in my pants and pretended to get the mail. Mofo saw, turned, and walked so fast you'd think he saw a ghost lol.
