this guy...5000 feet of climbing (interval repeats) at 93-100% of heart rate---still can't walk that well 3 hours later...yee haw :garza:
 
Fasted HIIT cardio 45 min 7:30 am, chest at 5pm. KILLED CHEST!! Maxed out my PR bra!! Destroyed my abs enough that I wanted to puke then ran for another 45 min of HIIT!! Gonna kill it even harder tomorrow!!!!! My abs are taking off there winter blanket, summa's a coming!
 
killed everything today. 2 hour workout.. i usually have a 3 day split but today i was frustrated so decided to do a 3 day split in 1 workout. seemed like i got better as the workout went on, it helps when there are ample hotties at the gym like today. i like it when there are skinny dudes with their hot gf's working out together doing girly weight and i throw on 3 plates on the bench and rip of multiple reps, i will get the bf to spot me to further embarass him.

tomorow its a 2 mile hike, and saturday its hot yoga.

Lol funny post ! I like squatting 3+ plates right beside some young punk who's got 3 plates on the smith doing quarter squats... Come on boy where's the ass to grass!! And they think they are the shit cause they are quarter squatting 315...on a smith...

Crushed my first 10 hour work shift in 2 months... Then destroyed shoulders tris and a 20 min bike ride.

Rope face pull: 90x20 110x18 130x13 140x20
Snap cleans: 135x10 165x7 165x6 135x15
Arnold db press: 50x12 55x11 55x10 55x6
Lateral db raise: 35x13 40x13 40x13
Then in a little circuit( no rest between sets)
21's with a 45 plate 35 plate and 25 plate seen front raise seven upright row each plate: two sets
BB shrug: 135x18 225x12 275x 9
Rev pec deck: 80x16 85x12 90x 10
Db shrug: 55x25 65 x 25

Did this all in a hour and fifteen minutes felt huge all day

First day doing legs in 2 or 3 months. Squatted a mere 2 plates each side, did the vertical leg press 11 plates each side, good number of reps, leg extensions, calfs...can barely walk.

Other thing I almost killed was a shady looking guy walking outside the block. My magnum was locked and loaded, walked outside in wife beater with the heat in my pants and pretended to get the mail. Mofo saw, turned, and walked so fast you'd think he saw a ghost lol.
 
Killed chest, on a test deca dbol, finished dbols a week ago and crushed my PR like no tomorow, crushed my flat bench, incline bench, and pec fly PRs and

you hurt your legs? why 2 or 3 months not doing them?
 
I did a 30 minute jog, and did 15 pull ups, then 10 assisted. All as wide as hell. Bb rows and dl with the oly bar lol.

I had two really bad tears in my lower lumbar muscle. Getting there though. Getting there!
 
Guess im the only one who does bis n tris on friday. But i killed it. Been havin to take it easy on right bicep bc of tendon issues. Would actually take time off of it but im 2 weeks into a contest diet, so really cant afford to not work em.

Fell down a flight of stairs. Sprained my ankle. I am on my legs a lot for work, running back and forth, up and down, etc etc. I tried working them out here and there and the pain would get bad. I just manned up and said I won't workout my legs until this thing heals up. It's fully healed now and I can go back in full swing. I definitely have a good 5-8lbs of muscle just waiting to come back to my legs. They shrunk down a good bit and I can fit into normal jeans again. But hopefully that doesn't last long.
 
KILLED IT TODAY.

Im cutting:

6am 40 min bike ride.. lots of hills on empty stomach
7am chest/shoulders

ill be back in the gym at 5pm

5pm will be chest/shoulders ... unless i decide to do more cardio.. aka JUDO

diet is on track and starting to get very lean.
 
Massive core work. Standing good Mornings 315 for 5x5, seated good mornings 225 for 10x3 standing cable crunch 150 pounds for 10x3 , leg raises, reverse crunches, regular crunches, decline weighted sit ups, planks for sets til failire 2min 38 seconds and 2 minutes 22 seconds, did some calf work just for shits and gigs and then 20 minutes of steady state cardio to keep my heart happy.
 
I smashed back today 6 plates bent over row. Yeah I juice so fuckin what. Doc said lifting days are over with a buldged disc. Fuck him. Then I dropped a plate on my foot. Right on the bone. So I went home and jabbed prop and tren. Then I got the cough's like I got
Lung cancer. A lot can be learned from this

I fucking hate and love the fact that I cant wear regular jeans. The only pair I can wear are 36w "loose" and theyre too big everywhere except my quads.

I got changed at my in laws house, just changing a top and my brother in law said fuck I thought you had a gut that hangs over your pants....? Xxl tops so the upper body fits so it falls loose from my chest down. So I just look like uncle buck apparently. If I wasn't chock full of test I would have cried
 
Been in a lot of pain lately. 15 years of lifting weights straight will do that I guess. Shoulders have been killing me, its time to mellow out the killing shit everytime I go into the gym

still get great pumps with higher rep lower weight stuff anymore!
