lucidblue New member Apr 15, 2004 #8 Will probably be at the gym for about 1.5-2 hours tonight like usual. It's leg night, my favorite!!!! If I'm up for it I will probably do 20 minutes of light cardio after, just to loosen up my legs a bit.
