Who is working out today?

i'm off to do shoulders/tris in about 15 minutes.

db oh press, db laterals, face pulls
weighted dips, cable pushdowns, machine french press, ball scratching

Mr Muscle - sounds like a tough leg day
 
Will probably be at the gym for about 1.5-2 hours tonight like usual. It's leg night, my favorite!!!! If I'm up for it I will probably do 20 minutes of light cardio after, just to loosen up my legs a bit.

sorry man i just noticed the use of the legs and the lack of squats and just assumed it was leg day. :heart:
