Yeah man, I have researched and researched and can't find anyone that has gotten rid and if they have they dont say how they did it really. Hopefully this low dose of nolva long term will get rid of them. i will keep it posted everytime i see improvement

Arimidex... 1mg a day will help...

If you have small lumps than letrozole is a better option slowly tapering down the dosage n then hopping on arimidex to help keep test from converting into estrogen...
Start at 2.5mg eod until it is gone, then, 2.5mg e3d, then e4d, then cut the dose to 1.25mg e4d x2 then start arimidex at 1mg eod.... This should keep u from gyno rebound

It has a long half life so taking it 2x per day really isn't necessary.
10-20mg daily long term may help
