Funny. Most days I take my shake and sweet potato to the computer room!

lol, I remember when I was on ckd, almonds, pork belly, hard boiled eggs and string cheese were all foods that drew funny looks


i get most comments about how fast i eat though muhahaaaaa

All the time. My diet practice has left me completely alienated to everyone else at my workplace and that's considering my diet isn't even 100% perfect.

I got funny looks at first then they all wanted my opinions on their diets and gradually all the women improved their eating habits ?
